Fareeha Aziz
LAWYER
Fareeha Aziz, Barrister and Solicitor, is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. She has over fifteen years of experience working in the legal sector. Her practice includes Immigration Law, Real Estate, and Commercial Law. She brings her years of experience working in the areas of immigration, real estate, social justice, and law reform.
Fareeha practices in all areas of immigration law. Her work includes drafting arguments for complex immigration cases, family sponsorships, economic immigration, LMIAs, responses to procedural fairness letters, appeals, and CBSA deferral requests. Fareeha specializes in refugee hearings and refugee appeals, along with judicial review and stay of removal matters at the Federal Court.
Fareeha holds a Master’s in Law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. Her work experience includes law practice at the South Asian Legal Clinic of Ontario (SALCO) as a Staff Lawyer. Prior to joining SALCO, she was with the Council of Agencies Serving South Asians (CASSA) and developed a Legal Toolkit: A Guidebook on Transitional Issues for Refugee Youth.
Fareeha is an experienced Mediation Coach with a demonstrated history of working in the alternative dispute resolution industry. She is skilled in Negotiation, Legal Advice, Program Development, Mediation, and Community Outreach.

She is a licensed paralegal complemented by her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from the University of Western Ontario. Jenanii’s commitment to excellence is further refined by her past role as an editor at her university journal, enhancing her ability to conduct efficient legal research and produce high-quality writing with an eye for detail.
Aiswarya Satkunanathan
LEGAL ASSISTANT
Aiswarya Satkunanathan is a dedicated Legal Assistant with a strong educational background and hands-on experience within the legal field. With a Graduate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Centennial College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Ontario Tech University, Aiswarya has worked on various legal tasks while assisting a high-functioning legal team.
Aiswarya’s recent role as a Legal Assistant at N.S. Vincent Law Professional provided valuable experience in drafting documents, client intake and various administrative duties. She is fluent in both Tamil and English, bringing excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
In addition to her legal experience, Aiswarya has demonstrated her commitment to community services through various volunteer roles. From her time as a Volunteer Coordinator to her contributions at the YMCA and York Regional Police, she has shown a strong capacity for leadership, coordination and bilingual communication. Aiswarya’s dedication to maintaining a positive and professional work atmosphere ensures client satisfaction and great results.
